How do you return used faulty items to Amazon.

I bought a le creuset set of two cast iron pans and two stoneware dishes at christmas from Amazon. I used the largest stoneware dish yesterday for the first time and it cracked whilst it was cooling after I took it out of the oven,
It hasn't cracked into two pieces rather a large split running diagonally three quarters of the way across it
All I can find on Amazon is how to return within the set period of unused/unwanted goods or ones damaged on delivery.
I don't really want to send the whole lot back due to the weight, also I would be happy with a replacement.
Could someone point me in the right direction please.
