Remortgage question

Hi there
We're about to apply to 'port' our mortgage to our next property as we have just sold our house.
I'm currently working part time but am due to go full time next week. We are going to put the full time salary but when they ask for wage slips for the last 2/3 months they willl of course show my part time pay.
My question is, will I have to get a letter from my employer stating my full time salary or will the mortgage company just base the application on the last 2/3 months (as this is what they'll have the pay slips for)?
