calling them bum chums and bf's was not a stab at homosexuals.
more of a gesture that those two are just a pair of thick idiots who should be married.
but i love how they jump on the bandwaggon when claiming to be whiter than white when they see some kind of racist/homophobic or any other kind of comment
"oh no you are a biggot"
like anyone cares? call someone fat make me fatist?
oh shock horror i called it how everyone sees it.
There is no call for abuse and belittleing of posters you disagree with. By your rudeness it shows a lack of respect for others and the use of homophobiic language/attitudes belongs in the past. Please get a grip, be an adult and come to terms with your problems with gay people.0 -
Might be worth waiting a little longer before commiting to buying (2-6 months), to see which direction house prices are heading, and also wait to see the rates of decrease/increase of interest rates and inflation.
Spending all your cash before anyone can predict the outcome of the massive economic events that have occured will be rather annoying if it turns out to be a long hard crash. The only real reason you should buy is if there are real signs of massive future inflation, which will be a que to get rid of your cash. But until then, holding out and waiting to see what comes is a sensible option.
Typically in a recession, those with large amounts of cash are the only ones that benefit from those that heavy in debt. Unfortunatly, we arn't in a typical recession, who knows?!0 -
