Thanks for all your kind words and encouragement, I really appreciate you all taking time out to answer my post.

Great advice Jacks and well done on reducing your debt so greatly - I know what you mean about the 'excitement' - I was really excited to be dealing with our debts and snowballing etc. I've just had a real blitz of our house and put stuff aside for a car boot sale when it gets warmer, and I've also listed a few things on ebay and sorted the cds/DVDs. I think I'm feeling like this at the moment partly because I've run out of things to sell! Our house is now clutter free!

If we carry on as we are, we should be rid of the credit card by Feb / March next year, although I'm aiming for end of this year. Our loans are another matter - if we let them run to the end, we won't be debt free until 2015. :eek:
Once we've paid off the credit card though, we are going to overpay the Lloyds loan by at least £300 a month. We can't overpay on the MBNA loan, but we shall save money up until we have enough to pay it off.
