Readcaefully through the book that comes with the oven. Rememebr that electric oven take longer to warm up, and also hold their heat . I usually switch ine off at least 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.......the same wih the plates if they are the solid type, there is heat in the plate long after you have taken the pan off.

Fan oven will cook at about 10o lower than one without a fan, you may have to jiggle around for a bit to find the optimum for using the oven. It will take a bit of getting used to....but it will not take you too long.

You really don't need to warm up a fan-assisted oven they get hot very quickly, when you use the grill in the top oven remember to leave the door open. I find I need to reduce the temp and cooking time slighty for most recipes in the fan-assisted oven. Oh!! by the way the fan will continue to run after you have turned off the oven.. that puzzled me for ages..
Just read the instruction manual you will soon get the hang of it..
