left over from xmas i have a jar of soft pickled onions - they were like that when i bought them. they were expensive deli style onions so i dont want to throw them out. i have forced myself to eat one jar but cannot bring myself to eat the rest. OH wont eat them and he eats anything :eek:

Send them my way...I love soft picked onions, can't have too many though
too much vinagar gives me a poorly tummy

Chop them up and use them and the vinegar to make chutney.
Slice them and make cheese and onion toasties.
Chop them up, rinse them in water and hide them in a spicy beef casserole or curry.
Don't throw the vinegar away either! It'll come in useful for something..just can't quite think what, off the top of my head!0
