Im looking for a the best 90% LTV mortgage deal. Im a first time buyer and the best my broker could find was one fixed for 5 years at 6.45%
Anyone aware of any better deals out there?

I'm afraid the lenders are still pricing for risk with high LTV business. There are lower rates if you want a 2-3 year fixed depending on your circumstances.I am a Mortgage Adviser
