Getting butterflies now...

With 2.5 hours to go my cool is going! Getting butterflies in the tum. Worried about facing the Judge. Does everyone see the Judge or is more a case of getting them to sign the form? I'm being made BR so will I have to explain why HSBC are doing it?

Good luck MercMan, we're all thinking of you - let us know how it goes.

I don't think you have anything to worry about since it's HSBC that is petitioning, rather than you - and if the judge can see you're insolvent, you won't have a problem. And I don't think it's the judge that asks you what led to your BR, that's normally a job for the OR I think.

Do I need to take a SOA for the Judge to look out or will he/she take HSBCs word for it?

No, just yourself. The OR will go through your SOA.
