Well the forms are printed, although i've only managed to print one copy of mine as our printer ran out of ink, just hope the court will let me photocopy it twice. We've got our pennies ready, so at 9am and 9.15am hopefully hubby and I will have been declared BR and we can then switch our landline back on from silent and tell all our creditors the news!
Thanks for the support and help everyone, i'll report back when I get home

It was relatively painless, the giving over of nearly £1,000 was hard though. I didn't even have to see the Judge. Spoke to the OR office, apparently because I am employed and have a sole trader business it "clouds" the process over slightly (their words!), so just got to wait to get my appointment.
Can you believe that i've only had one phone call today, i've been waiting all day to tell the creditors and they don't call, how rude!!
Thanks to everyone for all their support and help, I know there be more questions and stuff once i've spoken to the OR.0
