Credit card charges

Hi, I've posted the following question on the Reclaiming Bank and Credit Card Charges board but haven't got any replies so thought I would try here as well....
' I've had a few charges from Credit Card Companies in the past (most notably from Barclaycard) and I was wondering if I still am able to go throught the reclaiming process because of my circumstances? I've got my first appointment with CCCS on Thursdya (12/2) and think I will probably end up with DMP as I have some excess income after all my priority debts have been paid. So far I've sent my CC companies a template letter I got from National Debtline asking them to suspend payments/interest for 28 days whilst I seek financial help. Would I still be able to start the reclaiming process whilst I'm doing this?
'
Thanks in advance
