Valentines Cards - Sending one to a child?

I have a friend who ALWAYS brags about how many cards they've recieved.( To the point of ringing up at various times of the day to update that he recieved another card)
So this year a group of my friends have decided to send cards to his son.
With the hope that the 3 year old Son recieves more cards than our friend. (And shuts him up)
However Im now stuck - I refuse to buy a card - But what kind of thing is okay to put on a valentines card for a 3 year old boy - Im currently thinking lots of red hearts and stickers???
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

  • Hi Phunkles, do you know what he's into such as In the night garden? theres a cute picture of iggle piggle kissing upsy daisy here. You could use that, maybe do a 3d decoupage card with it.

ah yes but there is a flip side
my son who is 8 wanted to make his "girlfriend" a card which he did last weekend it's been ready to send ever since.
Today, he was in tears as she has broken up with him (as far as I can work out this happens about one a week). As I tried to console him on the drive home from schol he said "she'll regret it when I kill myself" !!!!!!!!!!!! what the!!!!!!!
No more valentines cards for him until he's 21. I woud never have allowed him to buy a card but I thought it would be nice for him to make on when he asked if he could. More trouble than they're woth IMHO.
