i think its usually about 80% of all the guests you cater for, for a buffet

Our venue say 75% minimum so that's what we'll go for. Your buffet sounds really nice.

Our venue said we only have to cater for a third of day guests plus the evening guests! I'm a bit worried that won't be enough...!
