Been to the doctors and LO has a chest infection but is getting good air entry on both sides so no need for hospital this time:D Just been to Ocean Terminal to get her antibiotics and some nice food to make her feel better. Given her a little food and she is snuggled on the couch watching Kung Fu Panda - thought it would cheer her up, bought it while waiting for her prescription.
Is it normal for a child to get quite so many chest infections??

Triker - hope you are feeling better, as others have said it is possibly just the last couple of weeks catching up with you. Better get yourself checked out.

You lot have all been busy this morning! Suppose i should do some flying too then:o

I'm in, didn't see point popping in last night as wasn't doing anything then. DP took DS2 to school in the taxi this morning as his boss is on holiday so has a few jobs to cover, he span the car on one of the roads out of the village so has told me not to go that way lol, missed fences/trees etc thankfully so he's ok. I walked the dog, not too bad as snow was still fluffy and the suns lovely and bright, we were out a good hour with not having to take DS2 to school on the way. I've spent an hour of my morning on naffing hold! So far not much progress made apart from Electric

Swift - still no decision about caravan (definately not a very swift company!)
Westcoast - still nothing about laptop, please noone ever buy a laptop through 3! This has been going on well over a month and I've had enough. I'm now waiting yet again for a call back.
Electric - got a reminder notice for the bill for units I haven't even used yet, wanting £133.11, they've done a new bill based on January and nows reads, £115.80 credit on it's way to my account. So pleased I didn't let them take the DD out as I would have been waiting for £250 ish back! :D I didn't think they would owe me so much, I thought I might owe them about £20 or something.....so that's me happy :) extra cash for me this month as that added to Quidco money is over £200. British Gas still dragging heals after fluffing up the change over so still waiting to find out what gas account will be.

I did managed to make and have a coffee and breakfast, empty WM and reload, hang laundry on airers and fill the DW while I was on hold.......then since I have finished the pigpen's list woooohoooooooo (pluergh that DW filter was nasty!) apart from the HHI which I don't need to do :p nothing NEEDS doing and I don't do it for the sake of it, so toots, I wanna star pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

Today I am hoping will be mainly a study day, I'm about 10 pages behind where I should be by now so going to switch this off and make a start, if I work until 12.30pm then stop for lunch think that will work well. Oh I need to grab the bins in first, before mine goes missing again, will start by 11.30am.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
  • :TOk how did you do. I now have lovely clean bins. shopping away. The great de clutter continues and next job - to scrub the floor - yes it is that bad:eek:
