How do i opt back into serps?

Can you advise me how to opt back into seprs? (im not sure if thats how its spelt)

It used to be done on form form CA1543 from either your pension provider or Inland Revenue NI Contributions Office, Longbenton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE98 1ZZ.

Not sure whether that's still case - perhaps best ask your pension provider.
