We have had to sell our shares that we had this month to give us the money we needed to go BR. The problem is we had two lots to sell one came in the form of a cheque 1,000 and the rest 600 is going into OH wages this month. Will the OR wonder what we have done with the excess and ask for it if it is not in the bank or will he not bother?
Will he also take over the other shares that OH pays to each month? These are in schemes through work and come through each year for sale or keep.

I would think it'll be fine if you tell the OR what you've said here. That you used them to pay your BR fees, and the rest for general monthly expenditure.

Yes, I thought that after, when I explained to him what I had wrote on here it seemed the thing to do.
