This is a nut I cannot crack, I can only get one order once a year from them, they must wipe their database every year. It didn't used to be like that, I used to order loads .... I wonder why they got so tough.

The first time you try twice, it tells you off and says your household has already got one but if you click back and try again, it lets you through on subsequent occasions. On the other hand, the tea has not arrived yet. Will let you know if it does. Maybe the system thinks you will be put off by the first refusal, or it just can't be bothered to tell me again. Woohoo thanks, I'll give it a try - it wouldn't let me order the ordinary tea but it let me order the decaff - just the once though.
