Hi again, I have a couple of questions if I may
1. On section 7 it asks "How much do you spend on the following". Our rent is £400 a month. Do I put £400 or do I put what I spend which is £200.
2. It asks what date you incurred your overdraft. I haven't a clue as have had it for so long!
3. Until very recently I did a second job which was part time for which I pay tax and have had to do self assessments for. In Section 2 (have you been self employed in the last two years) the form is asking for business details, name of my business, trading address, was the business vat registered, when did the business start trading, etc etc. It was only some part time typing for a doctor, so do i need to fill in this section of the form. Sorry so confused about this one.
Thanks again.

With tis i put the full amount down as that ia what the rent is, but under the other household income you can put down lodger/partner contributions to bills etc.
2. It asks what date you incurred your overdraft. I haven't a clue as have had it for so long! I didnt put down date as wasnt sure, i did the same with cards etc.

Sorry so confused about this one. Not sure, but would think that you would have to fill it in...anyone?
Thanks again.
Hope this helps a little

Thanks for that tmc thats great.
Am filling in the self employed bit and it asks when did the business start trading and stop - do they mean me or who I did the typing for? Sorry being really dim today. It asks where my accounts and books are held, there are none I just did self assessment on line.
Thanks again.0 -
That part means, when did you become self employed? so its the date you started doing the typing. It stopped the day you stopped typing. The books and records would be all receipts and invoices (i presume you gave the doc an invoice and he paid you?)0

Thanks NM, thats great. It asks for the name of the business, and the address. Is that me or the person I typed for?0
-
Thats you, if you didnt have a business name it would be just your name.0

Thank you again. I actually don't have a business name, it was only some typing that I did.0

One more question please. It asks if the business is VAT registered. What does this mean, I have no idea. I discovered today that I really am quite dim where things like this are concerned

If you don't know whether your business was VAT registered and it was you running it, you weren't VAT registered
