This is for two adults. Without my debt being paid, it does look as though I have a big surplus, but have not sure about the car as on HP, so even if it does go will still need a car.

well a new set of tyres every year will cost £160 plus any repairs etc - maybe 20 - 25 a months. Thats what i put.
You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is 'never try';)
