How long do you think you could store par boiled potato wedges in the fridge?
I ask as I find that it takes too long to bake them in the oven when I am putting other things on but if they had been parboiled for 10 mins then I think they will be cooked within 25 mins.
How long can you leave hard boiled eggs (still in their shell) in the fridge for?
I am thinking about them for packed lunches and was wondering if I could do them on sunday and then just pack 1 a day for lunch.
How long will mashed potatoes store for in the fridge?
Also thinking about making a mound of mash today and freezing some (although the freezer is packed at the moment) and I might have some left over in the fridge.

I've kept mashed pots in the fridge for a couple of days, but not sure how long they can actually 'be safe' for. I usually freeze portions in margarine tubs (different sizes for different size portions).0
