The help i need is i have sent all the dca a letter asking for a sca none have sent one back just got standard dca letter back what do i do now

firstly, you realise the the CCA does not apply to telephone contracts and bank accounts?

no did not know that thank you RAS .they were sent over two weeks ago now.

12 working days plus two for postage - effectively three weeks. Did you confirm they got them?

hi yes can confirm they have got them.The debts were from a old address .We have been at new address now for 8 months .They have all writtern back with standard letter asking for payment to my new address which i gave them in letter about sca.I have also phone them about the letter asking why they have sent standard letter and they have told me i need to get in touch with the company that the debt was too for copys of credit aggreements as they dont hold this information.
