Sorry to be a pain

But i have no-one else to turn to doing this alone and in court tomorrow so want it right

The section 5 where it asks for bank accounts and credit cards

For the credit cards part do i just fill in the cards i still hold

In sections 5.1 to 5.3 you declare any credit or debit cards that you currently have. These are the ones that you quite literally still have a physical card for.

In section 5.4 you list all bank/saving accounts that you have held in the last two years. Credit cards don't go in the section.

All your debts should have also been listed in section 4, so if there is anything that doesn't fall under section 5 above it will still be listed there. e.g. an old unpaid credit card that you no longer hold a physical card for.
