  • Evening everyone. Thanks for all the kindness and positive thoughts.

No big decisions in court, and have had better days tbh. Social services LIED - agreed we could have support with us last week when they came round, they were still happy with it during the meeting, stood in court today and said we had been mob handed, had no permission and were in league with some dubious rights group. We were advised to confront the Social Worker by OH's barrister, and he said 'Oh, that didn't come across well, I was ok with it, but nothing we can do about it now, in the scheme of things it doesn't really matter'. !!!!!!!?!? I am glad he is in a position to say that, but we just got character assassinated in front of the judge. So tired of it all.

And once they back off from the other two kids (we hope) then the public funding will be withdrawn again. We have nothing left as have spent £100,000 on this, so would have to pay for legal help again but worse than that, as the expert says we cannot be alone with LO for three years, if we want to see her we will have to pay for a private social worker to supervise. We are just wondering tonight what the hell we are fighting for. Just waiting for LO to get hurt, then what will they do?

Anyway, got home, switched on here to catch up and clicked on link to TJ's kitty pics on facebook, and up pops Toniq to say 'Hello'. It was like a little ray of sunshine. Now have read back over today and last night too, and there are dozens of good luck messages, and life is going on, and here I am. Am getting all teary and emotional - just should say thanks to you all for your unconditional friendship and support :A

Sending good comping karma to all!

oh no its not like that, he has a 'lady friend he sees at weekends:rolleyes: who stays over in seperate rooms:rolleyes:he sez), he is lovely though he doesent use the front door ever since his wife went out of it dead:confused: but in another way he is a bit pervy itms, he used to watch dd when she did her paper round in the mornings at 7.30 in his pj's peeping round his garage, whenever i do him a favour, like look a phone number up on the internet, etc, he always says thankyou and squeezes my arm really hard, think its meant to be affectionately:rolleyes: even the lady from the council was dreading going to see him cos she still had finger bruises on her arm from last time:rotfl: he's lovely though all heart

Your story....makes me so sad and so mad; they spend their time pursuing loving parents like you and your OH, and then they ignore cases like Baby P and Victoria Climbie....!!!!!!, makes me want to emigrate. I really hope you get something sorted soon. They do not seem to be thinking of your child at all.
