I wouldn't think your User name or password would change hun, I sign onto my AOL from lots of different places, and use the same info. I think they mean that the telephone number you use to connect will change, iyswim. I find Live Help better than phoning, and cheaper too.

thanks for that but my router uses [EMAIL="myphonenumber@dialbb.com"]myphonenumber@dialbb.com[/EMAIL] to connect to AOL (its what they recommend now they've migrated to CPW, they actually told me that username@aol.com on the router will just stop working without notice in the near future) and as I'm changing numbers, it's gonna affect it
