    Hi Hun,

we have a program which is called prize draw ticket wizard, load it on the computer and really easy to use, you can make books of tickets or single could onlytickets.
I have a guillotine with a perforating cutter to perf them, they did have a tool but it was so hard work, you could only do one at a time, with the guillotine it does 3 pages at a time,

I am determined to get other committee members involved spent most of the last 2 evenings doing it, dont mind printing them, I tend to print black on coloured paper then you can choose different paper for different themes, like summer I use bright yellow, blue, green or orange, xmas I use deep red or green, mums pamper night pink or lilac. I think it is more effective.

Thanks Cathy, going to try that now.
Wish you were at my school!!!!! I could do with someone else who's willing to muck in !
I booked the hall, got all our soft drinks, shortbread, crisps and sweets donated for nowt:T got the band to play for free:T got fab raffle prizes donated ( digital camera, theatre tickets and a bike) and EVERYONE else is "too busy, sorry" to even help with printing the raffle tickets !!!!!
Found a grat fill in the blanks quiz for the dads using fotball teams as the missing words. Some are obvious and some slighly ridiculous but it should keep the busy for a while!
Gave it to dh and ds last night and they only managed 20/30 so hopefully there wont be too many with all the answers right !Prize is a family tour of hampden park.
Should be a good night hopefully:T

It will be a good night if you have done all the organising,

can I be nosy what position are you at the school

I am chair of the pta & vice chair of governors.
With the pta as I am chair I organise all the events, write the letters, get the supplies etc. I have a really good treasurer and helps me as much as she can. I once did deligate a job, putting letters into envelopes and post, well there are a few companies locally I can guarentee donating prizes, well they didnt so I rang them, they didnt get the origially letter, so back to doing it myself. I have a ew vice chair and bless him, helps as much as he can with a full time job, and helps alot at the events, trying to get involved in organising but when its all in my head hard to share, but I am going to have to pass the rein at some point, Beth leaves the school this year!

First of all may I say that I am seeking advice and I do not want to get involved in the rights and wrongs of sillycows OP

nor do I want to open up a can of worms and for peeps to start bickering again

"Life''s too short to dwell on things
that pull and tear on your heart strings
so park those thoughts that make you worry
and create new goals to which you''ll hurry

I have just seen the thread regarding the Private Eye Crossword and the amount of controversy that it has caused by the answers being posted

I would like to know for future reference how this comp should be posted can the comp be posted with a link to the crossword site without posting the answers

Is it ok to post the answers as I have done in a previous post Here

I must publically confess here and now that my undisclosed source in the OP above was in fact http://www.brital.talktalk.net/crosswords.htm :o

would you like me to post the answers to the Private Eye Crossword comps in this way or is this also a breach of MSE rules

any advice would be greatly appreciated maybe the BG's could post a ruling on how this comp and similar comps can be posted in the future
