UGH!! less then ahlf an hour till Lent begins and i start what will essentially be me starving myself ( seeing as i currently only eat junk!!)
still i guess its good that sundays dont count in lent!! one day off a week when i can still eat whatever i want!!!!!!
.... better go binge quick before midnight LOL

hi guys i no this is totally off topic but my little boy has what looks like chicken pox but only on his face?? they have been there since 6pm and i thought they would have spread by now if they were chicken pox, any ideas lol he is sat with me now and is very itchy but stil no sign of them anywhere else.

if they are on his face dont let him scratch hem coz they may scar. is it loads of spots??? my friends little boy had about 6 spots on his face for 2 days then suddenly his body errupted in them ( even on his feet )
not much they can do or chicken pox really, use calomine (?) lotion to soothe the itching ???

thanks for the reply hun there are quite a few on his face and he has just started to say they are itching, im just baffled cuz wit my daughter i spotted a few on her tummy then within hours she was covered???

Chicken pox is really odd as seems to be different for every child - my LO just had a spot on her ear for a couple of days then spread all over her torso - non on the rest of her though.
as cmcconnell says just try and stop them from scratching - we got LO to pat them instead - and bless her she tried her best but a couple have
scarred. ( I bet most of us have got one or 2 scars from chickenpox !!)
Doctor just advised us that she will remain contagious until the last spot has scarred over - that took about 2 weeks.

Hiya all. Just caught up!

Had great day today...although wasn't feeling very optimistic at start, gradually started to enjoy day, and look forward to coming home from uni to get pressies!!
Although didn't get camera i wanted...got nintendo ds:D and loadsa cash(£100!):D from family, and from friends got loadsa smellies which i love!:D
Not bad for a days work!;)
Took ages putting 20 candles on cake...really hope my wishes comes true (Was bit naughty, and made 2 wishes!!:o
