Good morning all, and how are we all today? I hope everyone is ok.

Well I very nervously weighed in this morning and have actually lost 1lb! I can't believe it. I've not had a great week really, been a bit down and have ended up comfort eating and being a bit lazy, but I'm really pleased. I will work hard this week so as not to waste it!

Stressed - thinking about you today.

Wokkies - you up and about yet? Hope you are ok.

Cathy - what you got planned for your birthday?

Toniq - I hate it when jeans do that... especially when girlies wear thongs rather than proper pants!!

Have a director's meeting this morning and have to present so a bit nervous. Will be back before lunch for some chat and secret comping...

Please someone explain to me how a 9 yo can LOSE a winter coat that she wore on Saturday when we went shopping????

She didn't wear it yesterday but it's vanished! Going to have a good look in her room later but it's not on the rack or on her bedrooom floor, or anywhere in the front room according to DD it's been stolen - from the house - ??????????
