was gonna say, dark chocolate (albeit not as tasty) is meant to be good for you in a small amount so perhaps have some of that?
it might shift the craving a little anyway
thats what I use the Options sachets for, to crave my chocolate pang instead of my usual fallback of Ben and Jerrys :rotfl:
