Morning all, and how are we all this sunny Sunday morning? Blue skies outside again today but minus temperatures overnight so road still an ice rink and garden still covered in snow.

Lots to do today but hope to get time on here too!

Glad you starting to feel a bit better princess - now you have slept a bit you should start getting better more rapidly.

I MUST exercise today. This week I have been very bad. I ran last Saturday, did the dvd on Sunday and played badminton on Tuesday. That's it. And I've been snacking again - on cake mostly - and not really considering the healthiness of my meals. Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I also got my 10k running number yesterday in the post so really do need to get on with the training - seven weeks today to the event - oh dear!
