The Compers Inn - Part 13

I wonder what I could use instead of eggs for pancakes for dd, have rice milk instead of milk... hmmm, wonder if baking powder would work...
Even if I could just make her some frenchy style toast, I could then make pancakes for ds, or I could get her to do some marshmallow cakes instead....My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly

Don't want to stir anything up, re recent goings on, but I'm still at a lossWhat did Bella do? Maybe someone could PM me??? I hate not being in the loop lol.
I'm off to the register office this afternoon with mum to register dad's death. Funeral was organised yesterday pm. I'm so tired.
Take care all.

omg, I just finshed posting about pancakes on PTS as well, and mhoc there has found a recipe for egg and dairy free pancakes...I found this on google
http://www.powwows.com/gathering/recipes/39112-pancakes-no-milk-no-eggs.html
Pancakes - no milk, no eggs
________________________________________
2 mashed ripe bananas
4 cups water
1 cup uncooked quick cook oatmeal
3 cups whole-wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together the mashed banana and water (I use a food processor to get it all mixed up good). Add dry ingredients and vanilla and mix slightly with a fork until everything is wet. Don't overmix - the batter will be lumpy!
Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a hot, lightly oiled frying pan. When bubbles rise through the middle of the pancake and break on the top, flip the pancake and cook until browned underneath.
I am soooo excited for dd now, will drag myself outa bed and try that with dd later, she has never had anything like pancakes in her life...My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
