Watters - Tend not to buy from catalogues, they're quite pricey, and the hassle of returning things if they don't fit properly is just not worthit!!
Seen the adult petitie section in quite afew high st stores, theres not much choice at all, prices are high on some items, and some things either fit lengthways and not on waist, or is perfect fit on shoulders/waist, but is too long!

Happy Birthday, Sally!!

Hello all!!

No sleep.....again!! Had panic attacks all night and was too ill to get up again til now; been sick and unable to breathe (taken my inahlers). I don't even know why, just that I've not slept since Saturday night and I feel like !!!!!!. I'd better get some wins this week.

You've not slept since Saturday!:eek:
Would get gp/doc to find cause of panic attacks, so you can somehow deal with them better!
Could be stress-related...something you've been worrying about recently that manifests itself through panic attacks!
