why why WHY are estate agents so STUPID?! (no offence to anyone on here if you are one, but my ones are USELESS)
I witnessed, out my spyhole on Wednesday, my landlord doing a private let on the property from the 15th (we move outon the 14th so he must trust us) and I assumed it was all over.
I get a call this morning, asking if someone can have a second viewing today,and did I know it was booked for today? Umm.. no. I didn't, so you can bleep right off (in politer words of course ) and told them to come back in a week, once I've moved out and my stuff isn't everywhere - I'm saying that for the new people's benefit as right now it's a mess and justifyably so! And then he goes and gets grumpy with me for saying no! I have EVERY right to refuse them if I don't get 24-48 hours notice (which is meant to be in writing but we let slip into calls) and the woman who was supposed to be doing todays? Told me she'd phone before one was arranged as she KNEW I was moving this week! :mad::mad:

I'm SO glad my new flat's a private let from my friend! None of this hassle! :T

I am not going to bump it but is this thread's OP self-advertising? I found it odd how her first ever post was to post a comp?
