Hope no-ones angry/offended at my above post, and think i'm just moaning, or i'm too lazy, its just its a bit of a shock to the system!!
My body can't cope well with stress, bits of hair falling out...diagnosed with stress-related alopecia yr before last!!!:o
Somedays do ponytail/bun to try to cover bald patches at back with hair, but somedays can't be bothered, and just pop on scarf/hat!!:o
Think if this carries on, and i lose more hair...how can i be a social worker going to peoples houses?!?!
The're gonnabe lyk !!!!!!, I think you need help more than me!!
Hope if it does fall out, it grows back again quickly!!!
This placement lark has seriously limited the amount of comps i can enter...either not gonna have enough time, or gonnabe too tired!!
Will try my best to catchup with inn everyday though, its become like a haven for me in here!!

Since September I've only been going uni 2 days a week for lectures, 10-3pm...thats not me being lazy, but its what timetables we have been given for our course!!!
Most people have got PT jobs in that time...but i obvously haven't!! (Loadsa reasons for this!!)
So they are all used to long-hours, and working 5+ days a week!!
ANYWAY, point is from tomorrow we have to attend uni and placement 5 days a week, 9-4.30pm until July!!!
Does anyone else think thats a bit harsh, and really hard for someone who hasn't worked to just get used to?!?!
I know i'm at uni training to be a social worker, so should expect to work long hours, but we're students yet, and i would've liked for us to be maybe get coaxed into it. eg 3/4 days a week working upto 5!
I'm dreading it, think my body will be physically shattered everyday!
Will only have weekends, easter hols and summer break!! Which I cannot wait for!!!
Anyway, feel lighter now i have vented my frustration!!!
Hi Sally - welcome to the world of being a grown up hun
not looking forward to tomorrow then /next 5 months i take it.
From now on in you will have loads of different lifestyle changes but once you get used to them you might start to enjoy them.
Once you have a baby / if you decide to have kids - Then you will find out what being tired reeely is !!!!;)
Good luck for tomorrow hun x and try and get some sleep !!:D0 -

Sally you are getting yourself worked up - if you go into this experience dreading it and thinking you are going to have a horrible time then more than likely you will .
Personally i wouldnt continue doing something that got me that stressed out and worked up - cause i dont deal very well with stress either. Some of your posts read as if you are putting yourself through living hell ( the bad bits are supposed to come After uni
) !!!!0 -
Oh hi Watters. Happy belated birthday!

You still up? Thought inn was empty!:o
No, I love my course, cope better with assignments and exams, just putting all into practiice in the real world freaks me out!!
I sometimes stress out over things, but when i get used to it, I start to enjoy it, and wander why i even bothered stressing!
I don't like being a grown-up, normally its just "bigger," or "older" people who work, but now i'm going to, and work full-time next year Im thinking its so hard, how can anyone work 5 days a week or more and cope?!?!
But half the world do it, so maybe you just get used to it...hopefully!!
