I am very pleased to report that the slow roasted pork shoulder was melt in the mouth delicious

Started it off in hot oven for half an hour, then poured on some cider, covered it in foil and just let it cook at 150 degrees for another four/five hours. You could carve it with a spoon!!!!! I bought it because it is such a cheap cut, but the fat simply melted away and the meat is just left very succulent, great value fed five adults and a child with tons for sandwiches tomorrow for £3.02! I'm really pleased with the result and recommend it. Had crackling too

I want to stay ahead by a few days with the comps as have a busy week ahead. More blood tests tomorrow which I am dreading and also have my appointment (free) with the top solicitor who has asked to see me as he heard about my case.
