I always thought you should not really let pedigree cats to roam free, may get catnapped? I guess yours is allowed his freedom if he is a hunter?
I couldn't bear not to let them out because they were so desperate to explore and as I rehomed them as adult cats from a breeder, I got them for a fraction of the price of kittens (but still not cheap!), so it don't feel as paranoid as if I'd paid £500 each! I'd be devastated though if anything happened to either of them (sod the money!) because they're very much part of the family now (they like to sleep on me at night) and they're real characters.

yep slowcookers are great esp for families, can put it on first thing and leave it and switch it off at teatime, so can make tea before you go to work etc and come back to it made:D
i got my mum a remoska cooker last year and she loves it, she has made cakes, sponges, it will cook everything that you can do in an oven, cost £90 but a good investment if you dont have room for an oven etc0 -
