Hi Penelope - welcome to the inn.

I am doing slimming world, joined last Thurs so first weigh in for me tomorrow.

You do realise that if you start chatting in the inn you will never get any comps done lol.

I get so paranoid when things go on in here, it's all the stress making me that way, never was like that before the depression. I don't understand what's going on tonight, so can someone tell me if it's me? Thanks!

Like loads of people I thought Jenniwren may have been upset by me earlier - I would rather know if I have upset anyone as never would be a mean person deliberately as have been on the receiving end of so much. TBH any friction or confrontation upsets me badly now, can't even watch it on tv. I know I do forget things and mix things up and I feel so guilty about it as hate not being fully functional, but I would be so sad if I hurt anyone.

I even get distressed when people get cross about bumping and silly remarks on the boards as I am sure I must annoy and I don't mean to. It makes me so self conscious and worried about doing something wrong, and half the time I don't understand how people want it to run and what is right or wrong or who should be doing what. I know I have been here for a while now so should get it all, but I can't remember things round the home nowadays let alone online, but I love being here so just try to keep my head down when things go pear shaped.

I do have some special friends on here and I know there are some special friendships among others. Those friendships are a credit to this place and all the people who meet here and I am glad they have happened and celebrate them as I recognise that just because some are closer it does not mean they dislike anyone else. I am wary of new posters, but that isn't personal it's just my circumstances.

I love this place, it's a very important part of my life and I hope nothing ever happens to destroy it. We have all gone through a lot of happy and sad times together and I hope many more to come.

Now I absolutely have to do some comps, still not even touched them today! Spending too much time in here!

Stressed, you have never upset me, nor have I EVER seen a post by you that could possibly upset anyone.
You are a lovely person, and even though I have not been a regular poster for very long, care deeply about your situation.

I really love that you feel so happy here, and have made some good friends. I hope in time, that I will have the honour of some of you calling me a friend one day.

well I've just been spying on the LL and the new tenants..
instead of knocking on my door and asking if they could have another look, and signing in the property? They stood outside the flat door, talking rather loudly and signed pieces of paper, not really knowing each other and the LL kept going on about "not knowing each other, here's my ID, here's my ID" when all they had to do was knock on my door and ask if I trusted him :rotfl:

and I'd hate to think I'd done something to either upset or make people suspicious of me :o
