gooooooooooooooood morning everyone
blimey, am I glad to have my moving sorted - it made sleeping last night a lot easier. Plus I've now finished 7 boxes of packing, which leaves about 3 from the kitchen and 2 more from my room and clothes and I'll be done! woohoo! AND last night I got to catch up with my old housemate, which was lovely, so I'm in a much better mood this morning
hope everyone's ok! sadly, I've got lots to get done today, so wont be in here that much (well, not apart from lunchbreak ) x
oh, and amazing work PPD!

Stressful start to morning as have to take ds to his great nans as oh on shift and am at work and its half term...so taken me 1 1/2 hours to get to work...on the plus side he is staying over there tonight...
Then dd rung to ask me to ring her work as she has not slept all night as she is awaiting test results later today so she is worrying, so in between had to ring her work...but now finally at work with a hot coffee xxx

Had a mad morning this morning, you know when you feel you have 100 things to do and thats before you even get to work! Hopefully now I am here it will be quieter ...

Good morning, lovely blue sky here today which is fantastic as my Mum has agreed to accompany me and DD on a little shopping trip to Exeter. We were thinking of eating at the Giraffe restaurant that was bombed last year!!!!

Have been very low as we have not seen LO for a month. Our official private social worker dropped our case and we and our legal people believe she got scared. They have totally messed us around over instructing someone new and we have been on a roller coaster with contacts arranged then cancelled half a dozen times. Left us feeling very battered and only seen LO for 7 hours in 10 weeks. Anyway, a new worker will be taking DD to see LO tonight then I hope to see her on Friday so trying to stay positive.

We had good news yesterday too, the top solicitor down this way who has won awards for his work has told my solicitor he is concerned and wants to help. I am going to see him for free on Monday!!! Also the campaigning group is really getting off the ground but we are scared that if the court get wind too soon they may be silenced. Lots of political people etc giving their support. And not forgetting the amazing support I receive here - I have found real friendship and discovered it has nothing to do with geography, looks, history.

So, feeling way more positive and off to enjoy some sun for a few hours and maybe even a bit of retail therapy.

Cathy - this really is a lovely place to be, everyone is so nice and friendly! makes you see it even more when you read threads like that!

PP - WOW what a star i've never done the monthlys before, always confused me a bit, but am now happily ploughing through them it makes it sooooo easy to do so thank you very very much
