  • Gotta say first off otherwise I will forget, keep your chin up Mad-Gemma. Things will get better. Thinking of you :A

Been such a busy day and DD is now the proud owner of braces on her teeth. It took over 90 mins in the chair and she was so brave, but it was dreadful when they pulled to attach the chains coming through her gums to bring down the naughty missing canines. I felt so helpless seeing her there, and she had an audience of trainees too as it is so unusual. She has been an absolute star.

Just checking my emails and got all excited as I had tried for the dishwasher tabs trial a few weeks ago but never got the email address check through so thought I was rejected, but they have just told me to expect my trial shortly. DD asked what I was squealing about, and when I told her she just humphed, 'Oh, nothing interesting then'! Apologies for being so boring! Kids, love em. So glad the potty training is over LOL. I can't remember who posted the link to the trial in here, but thank you so much.

Lamb hotpot with crispy sliced potatoes on the top is bubbling away in the oven, and smells delicious. Toniq, how did the dumplings do?

Got to try to keep from lurking in here tonight and crack on with some comps. Always have the Inn open in another window but it's like a nervous habit keep checking in :o
But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!

Gemma, me too! Well at least "snowed" somehow :D How I wish it was the real white one though...

I understand how being overwhelmed with work can make you easily irritable but don't let this bring you down. Set achievable targets everyday and reward yourself for finishing them. You will get there slowly. Think of positive things like moving home and look forward to nice things to do with your bf next time you meet..

Don't know what to say but I relate in terms of study-related/work-related stress :( ...x

lol yeah, we haven't had any sort of insane level of actual snow here, which is actually a blessing considering how some people are suffering with it :o

it's just we have a big product release (I work in software) and I do the documentation and testing, and, well, its all go to put it politely ;):( doesn't help I work with the OH.. meh, it's hometime in about 45 minutes, I'll hold it in then go home and have a bit of a cry and a bit of chocolate and an early night and I'll feel better :)

    I can't WAIT to move house! :D

    thanks xx

Have you noticed that the tram that trundles over the viaduct in the opening to Corrie NEVER has any people on it? Not even a driver,

And how on rare occasions there are two trams which are both empty.
