Morning everyone.

Melvis, the absolute best ever Valentines was my first year with my OH. He spent ages hiding out in a nearby forest carving a tree, took a pic of it and made it into a lovely piece of art. He carved a heart with our initials and we have gone back regularly to see 'our' tree for the last four years, until in the last few months it was felled as it's a managed forest. So romantic, and cost pretty much nothing. You could cook his favourite meal too, or just use your imagination?!?!?!

Gert, I am a hoarder too and my DD has the gene also. She gets so upset at throwing anything out as she thinks it all has feelings which she would be hurting!

Did an hour of comping last night, first time in over a week. Gonna do loads today I hope as could do with a prize to cheer me up. Claire, can you not do any for a few days? Please?

Not heard back from 'The Ant and Dec' regarding Saturday. I hope they do call back as am looking forward to it, whether I win a prize or not it should be exciting to be a part of it.

3 more days til my holiday....woo hoo I can't wait!
I think all the people in work know I'm already in holiday mode... I'm not being asked to do anything too stressful. Although it's sod's law that now I've said that the brown stuff will hit the fan today and I'll be found cowering under my desk by the end of the day!

oh my, spoke to soon, oh has just been out in back garden & fell down nasty, looks like he's sprained his ankle or something, am signing out to get him to hospital , have it checked out :sad:

Well hello everyone. Blue skies again here today but very cold.

No idea what went on in here last night. Had a lovely evening out with my friends though - chinese was gorgeous, not been to that one before but will definitely be going back!! I also found out that my sister was successful at her interview yesterday so is now a head of music at a grammar school - go my little sis!!!

Need to get on with boring work today so can't comp but will still keep up with the inn. Haven't entered any since Monday evening so way behind but have Friday off (woohoo) so have time to catch up then.

Hope everyone is ok today but if not hugs to you for this Wednesday.
