Hi there.... first question from a newie.
I am looking to move home and arrange a mortgage and am shopping around online looking at comparison tools. The one thing that is confusing is whether or not I should include my non-guaranteed bonus (or a %age thereof) in my salary calculations. Is there a rule of thumb or is it lendor dependent?
