I don't think you have to pay p&p on the orc. There is a reference to a previous free postage offer on purchases from the site, but I think all you have to do is email them for a free orc.

My son is very into that sort of thing, so I went for it. I'll see if I get anything.

I think it means that as soon as they get your request they will send you your sample.

It's short for 'by return of post'. Ie. immediately. Nice of them!
