I believe the other book, used by the woman on Victorian farm for her cookery recipes and such is also found here: It;s called The Family Save All

Thanks very much- what a great book! Had a quick look at the section, "Of Planting Potatoes". There's a quote, "The dibbling done, the dropping of the chips is left to little hands, well pleased to lend their feeble help."
