Hi there,
I wonder if anyone can answer a question for me. My husband sent off for a copy of his credit card agreement because we wanted to double check if we could claim they had missold him PPI. He took the credit card card out years ago.He tried initally with the letter on this site and as we were asking for a free copy got nowhere,since then we have used the letter on the national debtline site and sent of the £1 they say is required in law. We have know received a document from the credit card company that firstly has not got my husbands signiture on it and secondly has a tick the box format for the ppi ie tick yes or no if you want it but again it is not filled in. Obviously this is just a copy of the paper work from that time but as it doesn't have these to vital elements filled in, I'm not sure we should accept it. Do we write again and ask for an actual copy of my husbands orginal agreement or is what they have sent totally legal? Many thanks for your help.
