Hi, sorry to hear things are bad at the mo. Try phoning either the cccs or payplan. They will give you good advice on how to proceed. My own shortful due to a change in jobs is about £500 per month and they have set up a DMP for me. Maybe post your SOA here for people to see if you can cut back on anything.
I'm sure someone who knows more than me will be along soon.0 -
hi
post your SOA and people will be able to give you advice on what you have going out and what loans you have.
im not 100% sure what can happen but it may be worth doing what dollydo has suggested.
good luck:mad: sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.
I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long

The most important part is you CANNOT lose you home, unless you fall into mortgage / secured debt arrears.
As for your unsecured debts, yes, at the end of the day a creditor / DCA has the option to take legal action, but providing you keep to the agreement set by the court, again, there should be no reason for you to lose your home.
Try not to worry about what "May" happen.
Wait until it does, then come back here for advice.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
if you are both at home could you up your income by writting reviews etc? Just a thought.
post a SOA if you can then the kind folk can help look at where the money goes:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart
Proven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j
