Yeah, I rang up originally when the email I received didn't have the discount on. They reassured me that the £15 will be refunded. But in the end they didn't approve it.

i have just received my new england shirt for hubby and have been charged full price of 30.60. i was a new customer so thought i could use the £15 off code.....
can anyone advise me what to say as i'm going to call them, also where should i say i got the code from?
