    look up a recipe for a Keema. If you can find one for a dry keema they are delicious.
    Who I am is not important. What I do is.

    My keema curry has ginger, garlic, chilli, fresh coriander and garam masala in it - a tin of toms too but cooked down til its dryish - and peas - can't have keema curry without peas!!
    If you don't have the ginger or coriander it'll be ok just a little blander

  • well,its in the slow cooker now.

    mince,lentils,peas,rice,garlic,chilli,garam,tom puree.

    going to get s*ains value mango chutney to go with it.

    smelling good! authenticity doesn't really feature in our house!!

    If you are looking for keema recipe online, try the ones on LivingFoodz. I have tried them myself and they have turned out delicious. These require minimal cooking efforts and less time, ideal for people on-the-go.

    They have probably found a recipe by now, it has been 13 years.
