  • I just ordered 2 Boots vouchers but instead of saying I was being sent a text, I was told I'd get an e-mail within 3 days - does anyone know if the process has changed?
  • Darragh - have you guys had some complaints about the envelopes by any chance?

And not been for a few weeks either. I hope it comes back as I've got a long shopping list with Amazon and I want some boots vouchers!!

It looks like amazon are back on board - same as before - 5 points for each £1 spent on books.

    Yay! :j

If you are thinking about making a large purchase through Pigsback I thought I had better warn you of my OH's experience.
He purchased a pc through Dell last year and followed the link through Pigsback. He should have had just under 4000 piggypoints for this purchase but 'surprisingly' Pigsback have no record of the purchase originating from the link on their site.
Obviously, reading previous posts on MSE, there is a problem with some tracking elements, as my OH isn't the only one to have missing points from purchases. I have read at least three posts from others who have had missing points from Dell.
I have ordered from CDWow previously and had points credited, so, is it just points from large purchases that go missing? Has anyone actually ordered from Dell and had piggypoints credited for their purchase?
Needless to say, my OH nor myself will ever be making any large purchases through Pigsback again.
The problem is that you are totally reliant upon Pigsback recognising that the purchase was made by following a link from their site. If they have a glitch in the system then it works out in their favour and you don't have anything to prove that you did actually click on the link on their site.

Yes, I bought a new computer from dell and got 5000 points back in September. They actually came well before the 12 week lead time too.
