Why on earth should people NOT complain on here? It could be argued, I guess, that complaints should be made on the Vent Board, but since this thread (and six others previously) is devoted to PB, it seems natural to discuss things that go wrong. Or should we be restricting ourselves to glowing praise of PB?

BTW, if you've had 18 clicks today, it's because you haven't been visiting PB or here daily. That's not a complaint or a criticism: just pointing out that we don't get 18 clicks daily, and that they've accumulated over the time since your last visit. Well, I suppose I could be wrong, but ... has anyone else had 18 clicks in one day?

I have had my london points! Never got the ebags points I should have had within 24 hrs two weeks ago though - despite contacting PB directly and getting a responce saying that they'd look into it last monday...

In addition to what people wrote above, some of the so-called complaints are identical to many people so it's good to share info

Not had my missing points yet, but.......my AWOL Advent squeezy pig turned up this morning after 10 weeks or so adrift

And he'd brought a friend with him as well - 2 plastic pigs now adorn my mantlepiece!
