Darragh, you don't think this has something to do with the fact that people are trying to sign up for aerlingus and being told they are already registered through Pigsback. Some people may think they have registered but forgotten, and haven't got the points. I too was told I was already registered through Pigsback, but I haven't been a member for 5 months, so it isn't possible that I'm already registered through Pigsback. Just a thought.

I got the message about 'already being registered' too, but I've been around here a while and i don't relish the thought of trawling back through my piggybank to find out when and where.

Hiya, no, the message you got this morning was the wrong message to put up. We're amending that at the moment. What is should read is:

Thanks for your application. Once aeringus.com have confirmed this is your first time registering with them, your PiggyPoints will be credited.

It told me that I had already registered, and I was sure that I had registered as it sounded familiar. But i've looked through all the pages of my piggy bank and I couldnt find where I had been credited at all.

If I did register it definately wasn't a month ago, it was probably about 4 months ago or something like that.

Just for info (maybe just me) but the AER lingus link says expired when I click on it. and when I search for it, its not there! Anyone else have the same?
