how many points do you need for a voucher and is there any information i can read up on vouchers etc can you pick which voucher you want?

It's also hard to tell if they receive the emails you send them as they don't have an acknowledgement system yet. Ah well...

I haven't received my points yet but I e-mailed them (twice) this week and finally received a reply stating that the points would probably be credited this weekend.

Loopy, the vouchers are for different shops etc and for different amounts. If you click into "rewards" and then select vouchers, it will show you whats available and how many points you need for each. Hope this helps
