which i never started doing cca

i'm having a hard time with vodaphone and moorcroft, it all started when i started to do my letters and i noticed i had one from moorcroft saying i owed vodaphone money but had to pay moorcroft so i wrote moorcroft a letter asking for my cca.
they sent me a letter back saying it had been past back to vodaphone so then i wrote vodaphone a letter asking for my cca. Guess what happened next they sent me a letter saying th debt has been sent to moorcroft and to sort it out with them.
i'm totally confussed now and don't know what to do?:confused::confused:

They don't, which is why both agents are confused in what the OP is requesting.

AA thanks for confirming that 10past6. What would you suggest the OP's next step should be??

OP maybe a little history would help. Do you actually owe Vodafone money or have moorcroft contacted you about an unknown debt?

You need to request an airtime contract.

I think there have been a few mobile contracts in the past that include a 'credit element' that makes them fall under the CCA.

    The vast majority don't though.
